Robert NichollsRobert Nicholls –Partner
Born and bred in Kinver, Robert helped form Midcalf Nicholls in 1992, having returned to the area after some years in Kent.  A graduate in economics, he continues to enjoy the challenge of running his own business and is keen to keep the firm moving forward, embracing new technology, where appropriate, but also retaining the best aspects of traditional estate agency.

A graduate in surveying, Tracy joined the firm in 2002 and has a thorough grounding in all aspects of estate agency, as well as invaluable technical knowledge.  She was promoted to her current position, covering both the Kinver and Stourbridge offices, in 2006, following the retirement of Stuart Midcalf.

Anneke is a trained valuer and holds the National Association of Estate Agents' technical award. She is passionate about her full time role in the Kinver office.

Andy works in both the Kinver and Stourbridge offices and concentrates on matching people to property.  She has a thorough working knowledge of the area, having been born and bred locally and living now in Blakeshall.

Julia assists the firm by conducting accompanied viewings.  With a long-standing passion for property, and the ways in which it can be adapted to suit individual requirements, Julia is perfect for this role.  With a background in interior design and antiques, Julia is also a home stagings expert and offers a highly competitive house doctoring service, increasingly employed, to extremely good effect, by clients to clinch the all-important sale.  Free consultations are available, without obligation, on request.

Christine joined the firm in 1998 and played a key role in developing the then new Kinver office, after many years’ experience elswehere.  She concentrates on ensuring the smooth progression of sales, once agreed, through to completion, liaising effectively with solicitors, surveyors, other agents and mortgage advisors.

Michelle joined Midcalf Nicholls in 2002 and her full time role includes overseeing administration work at the firm's busy head office in Stourbridge.

Jane originally joined the firm to provide relief work during busy periods and to cover colleagues' annual leave. Her contribution was, however, so appreciated by staff and clients alike that she agreed to take on a permanent position and now works in both the Stourbridge and Kinver offices.

 

 

 

Awaiting PhotoJulie Shepherd – Negotiator
Julie Shepherd, who splits her time between the Stourbridge and Kinver offices, joined the firm after working for many years with a building society and, ultimately, the Halifax plc. Julie has also worked as a medical receptionist and has some training as a counsellor. Her skills and previous experience are now utilised to good effect at Midcalf Nicholls.

Following successful completion of her A’levels at Edgecliffe School’s six form college, Sarah has joined us as a trainee and is combining on-the-job experience with the Estate Agency Apprenticeship scheme.  Currently working towards the National Association of Estate Agent’s technical award, she is an enthusiastic and valuable member of the team.
