Midcalf Nicholls Estate Agents

profile

Established in 1992, we have two, strategically placed offices, run by experienced, enthusiastic staff and linked by computer technology. The two offices work in close conjunction with each other, with full marketing material on all properties being available at both sites. Both offices handle both residential sales and lettings.

Our Kinver office obviously concentrates on promoting properties in Kinver itself and the surrounding areas, most notably Cookley, Caunsall, Wolverley, Enville, Stourton and Lawnswood. Stourbridge's chief focus, meanwhile, is the Old Quadrant of Stourbridge, Wollaston, Oldswinford, Norton and Pedmore.

RICS and The Guild of Professional Estate Agents logosInterestingly, however, there is significant cross-support. Many Kinver properties, for example, are purchased, or rented, by applicants who contact our Stourbridge office in the first instance. Frequently they are moving into the area for job-related reasons and would otherwise be unaware of the thriving village and its vibrant community.

We enjoy membership of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, a national organisation which awards membership to only one firm in a given area. Our membership confers many benefits to our clients, including the provision of a quarterly property magazine, which is distributed throughout the Midlands region and beyond. Our sales properties are also promoted at the Guild's prestigious head office, located in London's Park Lane.
